SPFPA doesn't say how we conduct our voting. The Local Board does. This is straight from the bylaws. SPFPA is saying that this is for elections only and not contracts, BUT the bylaws specifically says ratification. Our Board needs to stand up against SPFPA! Just another example why we NEED to decertify.

Presently, the International Union, Security, Police and Fire Professionals of America SPFPA represents over 1,500 SPFPA Local 1955 members at Disneyland. Most recently the SPFPA International Union has failed to negotiate a new CBA on behalf of the 1,500 SPFPA
