SPFPA International Union Lies to the 1,600 Disneyland Members Once Again on Electronic Ratification Vote

SPFPA doesn't say how we conduct our voting. The Local Board does. This is straight from the bylaws. SPFPA is saying that this is for elections only and not contracts, BUT the bylaws specifically says ratification.
Our Board needs to stand up against SPFPA!
Just another example why we NEED to decertify.
When you decertify your union, it no longer operates in your workplace. It can’t collectively bargain on your behalf, and you no longer will be bound by prior collective bargaining agreements. You should find people who can help you handle the decertification process. Only the National Labor Relations Board can decertify your union. Now is the time to Decertify SPFPA!

A SPFPA Local 1955 Disneyland Member trying to get answers from the SPFPA International Union and SPFPA Local 1955 Executive Board.....Good luck with that.
