Why is SPFPA President David L. Hickey Refusing to Answer the 1,600 Disneyland Members Questions?

It’s been a couple of days since the vote — where is the official communication?

Members deserve answers, and we should have had them by now.

We are requesting immediate transparency on the following:

1. Voter Participation

* What is the total number of eligible members?

* How many ballots were actually cast?

2. Vote Breakdown

* How many YES votes?

* How many NO votes?

* How many ballots were disqualified, and why?

3. Current Status

* Is the International and the Company proceeding as if this is an official NO vote?

* Has this agreement now been recognized as rejected for a second time?

4. Next Steps

* Has a date been set to return to the bargaining table?

* If so, what is that date?

These are not confidential questions. These are basic facts that every member has a right to know.

We expect — and demand — full transparency as we move into a third round of negotiations.

Silence is not acceptable.
