SPFPA doesn't say how we conduct our voting. The Local Board does. This is straight from the bylaws. SPFPA is saying that this is for elections only and not contracts, BUT the bylaws specifically says ratification. Our Board needs to stand up against SPFPA! She had been charged in April following an investigation by the U.S. Labor Department’s Office of Labor-Management Standards.
