The Ratification Pressure Notice the deadline? They are saying we only get that "pulled forward" money if we vote YES by May 12th. Why the rush? Because they don't want us realized that by voting for this, we are essentially voting for a 0% raise in 2027. The Result: From October 1, 2026, all the way until April 1, 2028 a full 18 months we will see ZERO increase in our paychecks. They are just front-loading our own money to make the deal look better than it is.
